What this page covers
This notice covers the Planet Protectors festival storefront at kit.planetprotectors.live, used to reserve a Planet Protectors Collectible Kit at the Oakland Children's Business Festival.
Information we collect
- Parent or guardian email address (required, so we can reach you about your order).
- Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card details.
- Your acknowledgement that you are a parent or guardian and agree to the policies listed at checkout.
- Order details: an order reference, payment status, amount paid, and the date of the order.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or store a child's name, email address, age, birthday, photograph, home address, school, or account details. We do not run advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or third-party marketing trackers.
Basic usage measurements
We record a small number of anonymous events so we know the storefront is working: page viewed, checkout started, checkout completed, checkout cancelled, and checkout failed. These records contain no names, email addresses, payment details, or any information about a child.
How we use your information
To take payment, send your receipt, make the checkout email eligible for website Full Access, and answer support requests.
Marketing
We do not add you to any marketing or mailing list as part of this purchase. If we ever offer one, it will be a separate optional choice and never a condition of buying.
Processors we use
Stripe processes payments and sends the official receipt. Our hosting and database provider stores the order record described above.
