Refunds are handled manually through Stripe.
To request a refund, email support@planetprotectors.live with the parent or guardian’s email address and order reference.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
If a full refund is processed, only the corresponding festival web-access grant may be made inactive. Paddle, RevenueCat, native purchases and App Review access are not affected.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
