What you are buying
One Planet Protectors Collectible Kit for a one-time payment of $10.00 USD. It includes one collectible 3D-printed Planet Protector dragon, chosen from the available characters at the festival table, plus Full Access to the Planet Protectors web experience.
One payment only
This is a single one-time payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no free trial, no automatic renewal, and no additional fee. There is no shipping charge because the physical dragon is received in person at the festival table.
Choosing your dragon
The child chooses one available physical dragon at the Planet Protectors table at the Oakland Children's Business Festival on September 26, 2026. A specific dragon is not selected or reserved online.
Web access
After payment is verified, the parent or guardian email used at checkout becomes eligible for Full Access. The parent must create an account or sign in at planetprotectors.live using that same verified email. This purchase covers the website only. It does not include or grant access inside the Planet Protectors iOS or Android apps.
Planet Protectors Collectible Kit — Refund Policy
Refunds are handled manually through Stripe.
To request a refund, email support@planetprotectors.live with the parent or guardian’s email address and order reference.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
If a full refund is processed, only the corresponding festival web-access grant may be made inactive. Paddle, RevenueCat, native purchases and App Review access are not affected.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Payment and receipt
Payment is processed by Stripe, which sends the official receipt to the email address given at checkout.
